“Be aware that this hotel is a good ten minutes from town (40 minutes walk) however you get a free bus pass into town and up to the top of Grosse Scheidegg which is fantastic because if you were to pay for that bus ride you are talking around 25CHF each. The hotel has amazing views, roomy rooms, fabulous bathrooms with super dooper showers and all scrumptiously clean. We always travel with our dog and they were very accommodating about pets but you do get charged an extra 10CHF pay night (something I don't mind paying). We would definitely stay here again as the price is extremely competitive compared to other places in the centre of town with the added bonus that it is incredibly peaceful.”

“Its outside Grinderwald but a car of bus is easy. The good part of it is that you ca ln make a nice walk in to the mauntains or waterfall. The gletsjers is something to look at for hours:) the fly's are everywere in Grinderwald becouse of the cows:) i had a problem with my dog and they helpt me very good. Good feeling those 3 days I stayed here. The mauntain the first is beautyful. Its close to the hotel. Go down and 300 meter left hand. Kabelcar is there. You can go up the Hill and use the bike down. You Pass the hotel. ”
