“The staff were extremely helpful. Car parking is in public parking area outside the hotel by meter. The meter was not working properly when we tried to pay and so the hotel allowed us to park in their loading bay until the next morning when we were due to leave. The concierge staff were always friendly and helpful with any of our requests.”
