“Lovely and clean, beautifully decorated, reasonably spacious room. The towels were huge and luxuriously fluffy and bedding so cozy. It was so much quieter than we expected. Breakfast was as you would expect for a hotel if this quality but very reasonably priced. We came back at lunchtime and ate Dim Sum in the restaurant and it was as good as we have ever eaten. Definitely recommend”
“The service was wonderful. I discovered that some of the documents that I printed at home were printed incorrectly and the hotel staff were more than happy to print it for me, even though it was more than 40 pages, without any extra charge. Also I discovered I forgot to bring an adapter fro EU electricity to UK and they could give me one so I could charge all me electronics. The shower was excellent and the bed really comfortable”
