“Futons were new and the bedding was immaculately clean. Staff (owners) were extremely friendly.”
“-The room is big, Japanese traditional style. Futon is really comfy. -The outdoor and indoot onsen is awesome. We enjoyed it both nights that we stayed here. -Have shuttle bus to GALA Yuzawa ski resort. (as per schedule) -Have a shuttle pick up & send to Echigo Yuzawa Station (only when check-in & check out). -It's located only around 300 meters from Iwappaaraskijomae JR station (but the train schedule is really limited. You can check the train schedule with hotel staff as well) -The breakfast buffet was good (have some pasta, salad, miso soup, rice, fish, etc.) -Their dinner set was nice, and big portion! (have rice, hotpot, deepfried shrimp, small sashimi set, miso crab soup, grilled salmon, and other side dished, with deserts too!) -The staffs (and probably the owner) are also nice and helpful. They can speak moderate English. Overall, we are really impressed with this place, and would love to stay here again.”
