If you wish to leave your luggage in the storage room during this time, please inform the hotel in advance and someone will wait for you.<br><br>Guests arriving by train should take the North Exit "Sortie Nord" for easier access to the hotel.<br><br>Private parking is available for EUR 7 and free public parking is available in the streets surrounding the hotel.<br><br>Please note that children over the age of 2 years old will be calculated in the maximum occupancy of the room.<br><br>Facilities for guests with reduced mobility will be available after 2018.<br><br>The hotel does not allow bicycles to be mounted in the rooms.

“This little hotel is tucked away in a great location. The owner was very friendly and helped gave me a map and directions for things to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!”
“Super location a few minutes walk from the station and the centre of Annecy. Simple, spotlessly clean room perfect for our needs. Parking is available in the street but we had secure parking which is extra. Breakfast was excellent. Our host Florence was very friendly and a lot of fun and made us feel very welcome. She also spoke excellent English. A great little hotel for the money.”

It is right by the train station and just a 10-15 minutes walk from downtown Garage parking offered, and most of the streets around are free-parking as well”

“The lady who checked us in really looked after us, allowing us to check in earlier than advertised. The breakfast, which we had to order the previous day before 10pm, was very nice. The room was simple but clean. There was a useful guest information booklet in the room and free Wi-Fi. We stayed for 4 nights in order to go to a friends' wedding and to explore Annecy. Would definitely recommend this hotel!”
