“Alejandra, from reception, was great in changing my room when I asked for it (the other one was too small). I love this hotel - it´s beautiful and comfortable. And the Internet is great.”
“Location; near all the main sites and shopping areas and a safe area. The staff was nice and very helpful. Nora, at the front desk, even lent me her own money to pay for a cab ride since it's cash only and I had none. Also, we told the maid no to clean our room on the first day, since we were staying in late; we just asked her to take the trash and give us a change of one set of towels. She did, but when we went out late in the afternoon, she made the beds, cleaned the room and changed all the towels. Building is nicely kept with a spacious and modern lobby where you can meet with visitors or relax on your own. Great place next doors to buy home-made food to go and bring to the room; open until 11 pm on weekdays.”
