“Overall it was fantastic. The location was great, hotel was very nice. Tea was very delicious cappuccino as well. Overall it was a great stay. The best thing about this hotel is they have a lift which cannot be find anywhere else. Go and see it yourself.”
“Location was great. Good food nearby as well as at the hotel. Ruins literally across the street. Great decor in a comfortable room at a great price.”
“Breakfast had more than just pastries. The location to the ruins and the staffs help.”
“Just perfect. Location, free secure parking. Breakfast was good.Staff friendly.”
“1. Opposite entrance is misleading. It's opposite the exit. Not opposite either. 2. The lift is tiny and barely fits 2 people. 3. Reception staff 50/50 some rude some nice. Cleaners very polite. Restaurant on 4th floor rude. 4. Rooms very small and dark, no kettle, no view despite requested. 5. Not family friendly. 6. Cleaners very good and friendliest of staff. 7. Breakfast poor, dry, small choices. 8. Receptions details on local transport incorrect, told no buses no Napoli, this is not true, we got a bus to Napoli and back for 10 euros for all of us so very cheap and same route taxi takes. 9. Would not recommend staying 1 night max. 10. Hotel online description not accurate”
“The hotel was great. It was close to the ruins entrance but it was not really in walking distance from the train station when you have heavy luggage. It was 10 euros for a taxi to the train station. The hotel was close to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with amazing views.”
“Excellent location, just a few steps from the entrance to Pompei archeological site. Panoramic rooftop bar with beautiful view of Pompei ruins and Vesuvius. Staff very helpful.”
“The room (bed) was excellent: clean features that operate well: frig, shower, vault and TV. THE BREAKFAST ROOM ON THE HIGHEST FLOOR SHOWS AN UNSURPASSING VIEW OF THE VESUVIUS AND THE OLD SITE.”
“Location literally across the road from Pompeii ruins. Cleaning staff were friendly.”
“Position of the hotel was excellent. 100 metres from the entrance to the ruins and close to the town centre.”
