“A very pleasant place to stay before taking the steam train, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. Room was large and well appointed with mountain views. We enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant and he owner made us feel very welcome.”

“Don't be misled by the outside appearance, also on the internet. This is a very comfortable hotel: the rooms are quite large with decent windows and views, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well proportioned. My evening meal was nothing special, but perfectly cooked and the dining room was quite cozy. Breakfast was super and the staff / owners helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest stay, but perhaps a touch above average.”

“Als hungriger Radfahrer genoss ich die vielleicht etwas grösseren Portionen und den äusserst schnellen Service beim Nachtessen. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot alles, was man für eine anschliessend längere Radtour über die Pässe benötigt.”
