“The location is great and during the off season its really easy to find free parking. The staff is great and the rooms with the patios offer amazing views. Td offers he restaurant down stairs is great and offers outdoor seating in the square. The rooms were large and accommodating for us, a baby, stroller and surfboards. It was very cozy and we didn't feel cramped even with all our things.”

“No tiene servicio.. te dejan la tarjeta de la habitación y luego te tienes que arreglar solo! Inclusos tenes que llevar tu propia maleta a tu pieza porque no hay nadie que te ayude! La mayor parte del titiempo no vi a nadie del hotel! Ni siquiera recepcionista tienen.”

“Ses prestations et son emplacement ( pour la découverte du pays Basque ou un approfondissement - rando sentier du littoral au pied de l'hôtel), ainsi que la qualité des plats, produits et desserts proposés au bar du Fronton. Une équipe majoritairement dynamique , efficace, pro et très sympathique. Le côté assez original de prendre les petits déjeuners au bar (très agreable lieu de vie tout au long de la journée au coeur de Bidard). D'autres restaurants de qualité en proximité directe de l'hôtel sont à découvrir également ( ex: pizzeria).”
