“Stay in this hotel many times but other countries . Ibis is one of my fav . It’s was easy to reach from aeroport took 15 min and also was easy going back on taxi just 9€. Room was very clean as always and also the bathroom . Wonderful bed and pillows ! Reception desk - polite and smiling , gave us everything we asked . Tv 100 Chanel’s and good WiFi . Great hotel for cheap money !”

“I like the fact that the hotel was really close to a subway, easy to find and the staff on duty upon my arrival was of the outmost kindness and warmth and professionalism. Sophie the manager on duty, and the two other young ladies at the reception desk were so lovely. A beautiful warm welcome after a long journey to get to Lisbon. i love the organic decor, very clean and comfortable room, nice to be able to open the window and enjoy some fresh air. “The hotel is very well located - only a six minute walk to the nearest metro station and also close to a suburban rail station. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. My room was cleaned to a very high standard, which was maintained throughout my stay and the bed was comfortable.”

“Payment process didn’t go well. Usually the hotels take the money from my account before arrival even though it says you can pay on arrival. With this hotel they called me as we were travelling to Manchester Airport wanting to take the money for one night to secure my room. They said my booking had been lost. They then proceed to take two separate payments to secure the two rooms I had already reserved through booking.com. On arrival they took the remaining amount. When I checked my bank account I had been charged 6 different transaction fees equating to almost £20. Also when I added all the amounts up it totalled £37 more than my booking confirmation from booking.com. I was a little nervous to pay money over the phone while travelling to the airport after being told my booking had been cancelled/lost. I was also annoyed that I ended up paying more that I was supposed to.”
