“Nice and quick check-in. Red and White wine as complimentary welcome is served in the bar close to the lobby. The room was cleaned and in general they offered a great view of New York City. The minibar in each room is absolutely great, with large furniture of amazing drinks and snacks, and gadgets (sexy toys too). Of all the hotel i visited in my life it was the best minibar ever. The Midí Caffe, on the main floor of the building, offers valuable choice of dishes and a great cocktail menu! The area is full of bar, restaurants, coffe and shops. it is a great hotel and i would suggest it to friends and family.”
“The workmanship in the bathrooms was very scruffy - tiles falling out, paint splattered on tiles. Not polished.”
“The room was very clean and modern with amazing views of the city-thats why we picked it! The bathroom was my third favorite after 1). the views and 2). the comfy bed looking out over the views of the city ---bathroom had black tile, perfect water pressure and super spacious shower with a window of the city while taking a shower:) Staff was friendly but a little slow accomodating certain request (extra pillows, directions to deli around the corner?, getting a taxi for us to the airport). Location was great, romantic views of the city at night, good restaurants and coffee bars all around us. A little 'grittier' than if staying closer to central park or time square but you def. get more a of a neighborhood feel which is what we wanted. Super easy taxi ride to madison square gardens to see a concert sunday night.”
