“Older property, but very well maintained. double bed but certainly fine for 1 person. not a comforter but blankets which I like as a comforter is often too warm and that's your only choice. The lighting for reading in bed was much better that most hotels . You could swing the wall mounted light close to the head of the bed for reading. I an scent sensitive and there was not residue odor from cleaning supplies. I will stay there again as I go to Roseburg often.”

“The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we found in the room everything we needed (even the freezer worked). The windows were properly sealed so it was nice and quiet in the room (we had an upstairs room on one of the sides). Also, the hotel is on a less trafficked street, so there weren't anyway many cars driving around (some other reviews talk about noise from the interstate...but I don't know why).”

“New owners had only been there 10 days so things were still a little rough for example the first room was not made up (problem with the maid), the refrigerator in second room didn't work. I'm sure all the problems the new owners face will be addressed and fixed. They are such nice people and took good care of us. The big plus is an EXCELLENT Chinese restaurant right next door.”
