“I use this hotel every time I come to New Orleans because I’m usually going to the Smoothie King Center (which is walking distance from the hotel) or somewhere within 20 minutes of the hotel. I love the views from every room I’ve stayed in. There’s a Starbucks and a small shop with food, medicine, souvenirs, etc. which is so convenient. The staff are always very accommodating and helpful. The continental breakfast is delicious and the views from the windows while eating breakfast are perfect. Really love this hotel!”
“Very comfortable room (king studio). Very friendly staff. Always very helpful. The stand-out was Leonard, who served us cocktails. He made my 81-year-old mother's stay a memorable one. She has already let me know we will stay with hyatt house again in May. Breakfast was excellent. Location was outstanding. Borgne's was a great choice for a nice dinner. And valet service was very fast and helpful.”
