Mini fridge is a lifesaver, bed was comfortable and room was exceptionally clean.”

When I questioned the bill the Hyatt staff said it was a Booking.com issue. I felt like I got taken and the opportunity costs of disputing Hyatt and Booking.com is not worth it. I will not make this mistake again while booking a room for sure”
“The first morning there the breakfast was great. Bacon, eggs were fluffy, french toast was good. Second morning, potatoes with sausage (ate around the sausage), the eggs were good, the waffle was good. The bed was very comfortable. I can't really say enough nice things about the staff. They were beyond helpful, very very polite, so considerate. When I needed directions they printed them out without me even asking, when I was unsure where to order food from and the kids didn't like what was on the hotel menu, they gave me tips on where to order from that had delivery options.”
