“This was the very worst experience I’ve had in my life. Ive never booked through a site like this before because i hate putting ny card info on file. This experience is prime example of why ill never do it again. Upon reading I understand that my card would not be charged until I arrived. Not only was my car charged but an entire month before I was planning to arrive. I tried speaking to various people, administrators both booking.com and hyatt placa management. Neither parties were open to listen or even try to assist me with solving the matter. Ive tried calling every week in October, only to be place on hold and forgotten about. Or told that ill take you name and phone number and have someone call you back. Never received that call by the way. I will never book through you again or Hyatt Place. Customer service is very important and if your customer isn’t satisfied then you should do everything to make sure they’re happy.”
