“I thought I was staying at the Hyatt Place at the Short Pump Mall. Disappointed at that, But when we found the property, which was not lite up, it was very nice. Checking in was a breeze, which was very nice. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Problems: only one elevator was working which was crazy the next day. No soda machines at the ice machine. I paid $2.84 for a ginger ale in the lobby which I would not have paid except my stomach was upset.I think Hyatt has excellent properties, but I don't think I will stay at this one again.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place in Insbrook I enjoyed every minute of my stay there the hotel is very clean . The bed is so comfortable , the staff members were so hospitable Gretchen, Jamie , and all of the staff members including the General manager Chris were great to work with . The breakfast good as well . I would recommend them to others to stay there .”

“I was traveling alone for business. I felt safe at the property. It could use some lighting on the entrance signs. They were hard to see at night. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It was nice to have a little refrigerator in the rooms. The majority of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.”
