“The staff promised that there would be enclosures over the balcony so I would not be rained on and could still use the balcony I payed an extra 100$ for, I get there and that was a COMPLETE lie. They wouldn't even admit they said it on the phone And wouldn't provide us with an umbrella. my main point of this was to enjoy a nice night watching the city lights which I still got to do, just covered in rain. It's a great hotel in the summer but the staff needs to organize themselves. Also there were cigar wrappers and cigarette Butts on the balcony....”
