- 1: Please note that the ski season is from 13 Nov 2016 to 31 Mar 2017.<br><br>2: There are direct flights between Changbaishan Airport and China major cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Changchun, Qingdao, Tianjin, Shenyang and Harbin.<br><br>3: Prepayment within 24 hours after booking via Wechat or Alipay is required. Please contact the property. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.<br><br>4: The property offers free airport shuttle services. Changbaishan Wanda International Resort will hold a sign and welcome you at the arrivals area. Please confirm the time table of the service with the property.<br><br>5: For skiing, guests are kindly required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport.<br><br>6: In summer, guests enjoy free shuttle service to the western slope of Changbaishan.<br><br>7: In case of poor weather conditions, guests who are flying to Changbaishan Airport please kindly contact flight company for support.<br><br>8. “this is my first experience going to a ski resort & I couldn't be more satisfied. The staffs are very helpful, most speak English well. The food is delicious. Facilities are great without a doubt. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the ski slope & ski equipment rental is for free. A totally great experience!”

“接待我们的前台有一位服务特别好，头发很长，在第一个柜台。下午退完雪卡的小票拿到前台，本来一个前台让我们去旁边柜台。那个柜台有客人在办手续，我们只好在后面等着。后来这个长发前台过来，又把我们接回第一个柜台直接帮我们弄好了。3.2那天晚上入住也是她帮我们办理，很好的人。感谢她。 水疗那里的一个前台漂亮妹子态度也超好。手机落在浴室，她也马上陪我进去一起找。”
“这家酒店在万达度假区综合应该算是number 1了，离雪场较近，（最近是Holiday in),但设施比H要好啊。特别紧俏，订得比较晚，都没房间了。只有套房了，比较一圈，Booking 上最低了。但后来发现是不含早餐的价格。酒店不错，依然给的早餐。服务也明显比H好太多！”
“酒店位于度假区的核心地带，去各种游玩场所、商业街都很近，专属的滑雪屋能享受到特殊便利。所订房间整洁舒适，在床上就能看到雪场风景，炫酷的加湿器派上了大用处。楼底的spa区域有恒温游泳池，温度正合适。”
“酒店的单人床是无法移动拼接在一起的，所以带小孩出行的要注意了，还是订60平米的超大号床的豪华房，里面带一张比较大的沙发可以作为备用床铺使用。”
“行政酒廊的Julia是个耐心细心的员工。整个酒店舒适干净，这次住宿很开心。对于俩个孩子的家庭，酒店还有室外的游乐场，很好。”
“Westin 和柏悅都没开业，凯悦是万达度假村目前最好的酒店了。从跟出租车司机交谈和镇上的饭店吃饭的经历看，虽然当地并不很富， 但民风还算淳朴，希望不要被过度商业开发改变。”
“带着孩子穿着雪鞋走上山十分不便，还雪具晚了一点，雪屋去前台工作人员和大堂经理一起向雪屋经理说情才没有罚款。整体服务都非常热情到位”
