“I stayed in the Hyatt Regency during a convention and as most convention events, there are more people then normal. I loved that there was a tunnel entrance right in the lobby. A few of the conventioneers did venture down to the stores and restaurants. We were a mile from a grocery store, so I was able to get items for the week. Staff made accommodations to move guests in wheelchairs up in staff elevators after large banquet dinners tied up the public elevators. The information staff were phenomenal at giving direction, holding luggage, and just being helpful. All the staff were very friendly. My room was comfortable, I had the executive king. It was very spacious, AC blew cold, bathroom was nice with newer fixtures. Everything was clean. In the heart of downtown, the views were beautiful.”
