“We are frequent world travelers and we have never been so pleased as when we were escorted to this hotel! The receptionist, Neil C upgraded us to an executive room. Ok, we are used to upgrades since we have Gold status with Starwood. But this executive room blowed us away . We had a corner room in the 11th Floor, with such luxury such as a lighted mirror-like flooring in the bathroom, Expresso or chocolate maker in the main bedroom. All this for a very reasonable price . The staff is so good too.”

“From when we walked into reception the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were helpful and informative and the little extra touches like a teddy for my 3 year old granddaughter and local cherry schnapps for the adults were much appreciated. The rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds, and fantastic showers and electronic room controls for heating, lighting and operating the blinds. Breakfast is buffet style, constantly refreshed and has over 50 options, so satisfied even the smallest member of the family. We will definitely be back.”
