“The hotel is near to all amenities. Nice Parisian style decor from the minute that you enter the hotel entrance. There is a spa salon and a brasserie attached to the hotel. Its a fairly new hotel, clean and lovely. The restaurant at 5th floor serves good food and service was excellent though sense of urgency is deeply appreciated. The staff at all department were extremely ready to please guests. However, communication needs improvement. Overall, it is a nice hotel near to city centre.”
“Nice clean comfy room. Room service was quick and efficient. Breakfast was awesome, excellent quality, particularly bakery products were of very high standard and tea was just right, absolutely like homemade. Staff, right from reception to house keeping and at restaurant was working hard to ensure best of the service is provided and your stay is comfortable. Good hotel if you have a long stay as it was just like being at home.”
