“Yes we booked duplex room due to my husband 70th birthday next month - when booking in staff did not explain this was not available - when I went back to reception I was told I had to complain to booking.com not the hotel - we have stayed at this hotel many times and this was the worst room we had stayed in My husband went back to speak to the lady who dealt with concerns - he requested a refund and we would go back to Tenerife where we had flown from - she stated again we would have to get the refund from booking.com We was then moved to another room on the 12th floor - this was an improvement but not a duplex room we had been very excited about celebrating by husband’s birthday”
