“I love that the hotel was close to the event I was attending. It was clean, no loud noise to where I can hear it from my room. The person who checked me in was very nice, gave me map and told me how to get to places and showed me where I can go to let my children play in the arcade. He was very friendly. I felt safe with securit checking entry and the hotel was very helpful to ask us if we needed help with luggage.”

“Yes, we had a horrible odor in our room and I call your desk and they sent a man to spray but the odor remained horrible. I called the front desk again and they said they would change our room and call us but they never did. The odor remained the two nights we were there”
