“We found the hotel to be exactly what we needed for our trip. Traveling with my mum to Madrid we wanted a clean and friendly hotel which is what we got. The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working on the first night but was great for the following two nights. The hotel was conveniently located in one of the main areas which meant we could access the key monuments and tourist trips. The only issue was that being on a main road meant it was quite loud but that couldn't be helped. Overall we had a very nice stay.”

Very helpful and pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble.Room was spacious and quiet, with a very nice bathroom and housekeeping was first class. Very easy to get to from airport by Metro, just 2 mins walk from the Gran Via station. The Breakfast was very good with a big buffet selection.Very good Tapas bar just over the road. Excellent 3 night break. We will be back.”
