“The City Ibis at Linz is well placed near the city centre and transport links around the region. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi. It is a good budget range hotel with excellent facilities and helpful staff. The restaurant is good for breakfast and evening meals. Walking to the city centre or business district is easy.”
“Excellent location near to the station and city centre. ”
“The price-for-value rate is very good, great location, good internet, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, parking for 8 €/24h”
“The hotel is located just in front of the train station. Rooms were well facilitated and clean. Fairly big size room. Liked it.”
“Convenient location for railway station. usual good buffet breakfast.”
“Our stay at the Ibis in Linz was great. We appreciated the location, it's less than a 5min walk to the train station and about 10-15 mins to the city centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The wifi worked well. The check out time is 12 which comes in handy if you need to catch up with some sleep after a long journey. We would gladly stay again!”
“Linz is a very quiet and very clean city so I love it”
“Spacy bathroom and room, good view of the neighborhood. Great bed!”
“Great location near train for both a stay in Linz or to go to Venice for a day trip on a night train. Wonderful staff, very attentive and informative. Room very nice for price as Newer hotel. ”
“Practical, simple accomodation opposite the main railway station (however, the area is quite pleasant and safe), within walking distance to the city center, varied breakfast, pleasant staff - it wasn´t a problem to leave luggage after check-out. The room is nothing much, chairs very cheap and hard, but for a few nights it´s enough - beds were satisfactory for a night or two (although the "double bed" seemed really two beds together.) The area seems well-connected by public transport, but we still didn´t hear much noise from the street, even though we left the window open in the summer for fresh air.”
