“It is so cheap. Receiption staff is very kind. And we can borrow bicycles for free. Going around this island is so nice...”
“The hostel was great- cozy and welcoming after a long trip. We borrowed bikes and went to a local pizzeria for dinner. The island is very cute and a nice, calm location away from the craziness of Venice.”
“A perfect country island retreat away from the business of Venice. Staff could not have been friendlier. Really excellent value compared to main island. Be sure to make use of the packed lunches offered (€5) and the free bikes to get you to the boat and also for a tour of the island. Great fun.”
“Really well prepared breakfast warm, tasty and have lots of different options. Free bikes can borrow. Almost every room has terrace.”
“Fantastic location with hotel minibus service to collect guests on arrival plus free bikes to explore the island. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made this a special stay.”
“The breakfast was really good. It was really quiet on that island and staffs are helpful. ”
“Very peaceful and friendly, with a touch of style. They even baked Halloween cookies for all guests at breakfast. They had free bikes to tour the Island or get faster to the vaporetto that goes to Venice. Although a little far, the trip to the heart of Venice is highly enjoyable, the public boat transport is prompt and easily accessible and the neighborhood is really charming in its timeless atmosphere. They also had a beautiful garden. We shall come back.”
“Fantastic place, a real gem. Incredible value for money it was spotlessly clean, clearly well maintained and is set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble - they went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks to Michaela who went the extra 100 miles to make breakfast an event to look forward to - thank you so much Michaela for your kindness, patience and attention, and the eggs and bacon were Bellissimo ! As an Englishman from Lancashire and Yorkshire I should know ! Thank you too for keeping the rooms so spotlessly clean and for tidying up after us - you're a treasure - I hope they're paying you what you worth ! In case anyone thinks I'm making this up or that I've been paid to write this, I can assure you I'm not and they didn't. I have stayed in some flea pits before now but this place really is a find, and I believe in giving credit where credit is due.”
“A lovely hotel and quite beautiful in Autumn season, quiet and serene far from the traffic and noisy city scene . The breakfast is delicious and they also offer a packed lunch for the road. Staff were very helpful in providing assistance and helpful details. Free pickup and drop off at the boat terminal.”
