“Most of the reception staff did not speak very good English. I rang reception on several occasions and got no reply. When I did get a reply they sent a non-speaking English CLEANER to help me with the TV!!!! Because of the lack of communication I felt really nervous of being on my own. I think I paid more money than anyone else and they had half board - I only had B and B. I did try the dinner one evening at a charge of 16 euros and the meat was COLD.”

“Position is excellent: near a beautiful beach, near train station (very important!!), near bus station, near big supermarket and small supermarket, near lots of good restaurants. For us w a baby was excellent. And wasn't noisy at all. Well if you're annoyed by sea waves, then ye, you'll not like it. But who does not like the sound of waves :D. So the hotel is clean and has everything u need.”
“The down side to the hotel is probably the pool the hotel has been built the wrong way round and the pool is in shade for most of the day.It is very functional but I would not say it was cosy or romantic .Also the thermostat head had been removed off the aircon so room temperature could not be controlled .”
“I liked the location of the hotel and there was an excellent choice for the breakfast buffet. Although the staff looked a little tired and disinterested at breakfast time!!!!”
