“What makes this hotel special is the extraordinary service. The coneirge, Mr. Ilhan, is an exceptional man who went out of his way to help us during our stay. We visited for two nights, hoping to spend time in Kayseri exploring the areas where my wife's grandmother might have lived as a young child. Mr. Ilhan met with us personally several times during our stay to help us plan our day and to review our experiences afterward. He also helped us with negotiations concerning a car rental and guides. Finally, he even assisted us in the exceptional restaurant on the hotel's top floor, wanting to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Hotel managers like this man do not exist much anymore. If you are staying in Kayseri, make sure to chose this hotel, so you can experience what the word service really means.”
“Some of the staff, particularly the day staff, were very helpful. We spoke very little Turkish and the day staff took the time to help us between our English/Spanish/German and Google translate, especially with figuring out how to get to the ski resort, and even gave us a ride to the city center to catch the bus there. The room was clean and nice, great toiletry amenities. The food in the restaurant was good, well-priced and the restaurant staff was lovely and even sent us warm milk after our first day of skiing.”
