“The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Frei at reception was very friendly and welcoming. I was at a conference in Johns Hopkins Uni so the location was fine for that.”
“The hotel is higher end, but so are the prices of the extras, like food and drinks. The front desk lady asked us how our stay was, after she heard, she comped our parking fee of around $20. Very kind of her and well appreciated, but again a little much for tight underground parking. If it wasn't for her efforts I would have given worse ratings.”
