“This hotel is all about location. It is across the street from the convention center. The lobby is nicely decorated and clean and the staff are very nice. My room door wouldn't open, and John, one of the maintenance crew had to actually remove the door knob hardware and replace it, twice, to get it to work properly. He was very apologetic and tried to work as quickly and unobtrusively as possible.”
