“We were upgraded to a wonderful suite. Everything was exceptional: bed, bathroom, wifi, view over the river, amenities. Could not think of any improvement really. If you stay in a suite on the highest floors you also have access to a private breakfast lounge. While not as diversified as the regular one on the ground floor, it is quite rich of Chinese and Western options and the service is great. Spa/pool also great. They do require you to use a swimming cap which is kind of redundant in my case as I am completely bald, but other than that it's a great place to unwind. Concierge was very helpful in finding some options for theater and attractions for us to fully enjoy Changsha. We dined at their buffet one night and it was great. It was a bit late so they were about to close and clear the buffet. Still, they let us in and the staff helped us to get a bit of everything so we ended up with a huge dinner past closing time. Thanks much!”
