“Really helpful and friendly staff. The concierge explained a lot about various day tour options and helped us arrange a car to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It was a cold rainy day, but the driver (also a hotel staff) helped us fetch the tickets in the rain, waited for us at the drop off point when we took the shuttle, so we didn't have to search for our car among a few dozen cars parked there . He also showed us around in another old town so we could see the best scenes. It was a cold rainy day so what he did for us was a blessing. The hotel was grand and classy, rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Location was excellent as well, it was just 5-10 min walk to the old town.”
