“It took us 55 minutes to check in ,,,,showed them our booking for two rooms and they could only locate one room!!!! Rooms given is very bad even no universal connectors the circuit breaker is overloaded, irons two of them out of order.... they handed us a room key does not open. It was a terrible check in and everything was out of order in the rooms...”
