“Excellent facilities, fantastic view of River Thames from our hotel room, (free upgrade on early check-in), very friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds & room. 1st class service throughout our stay - chose this 5 star hotel as its so close to O2 Arena with covered walkway direct to the Adele concert we went to that night. Breakfast next morning well worth it too. Would highly recommend staying here”
