“The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and ready well before the check-in time. The room has a balcony. The location is good if you are interested in seeing the city center and the Kök Töbe (a nice spot on the nearby mountains, popular attraction), both are close by. The breakfast is standard. Didn't see a coffee machine or something like that, only powder coffee (maybe I just needed to ask).”
