“The location of this hotel was great. Right in the middle of the action of Haeundae beach area. Walking distance to the subway station, the beach, and all the bars and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful, when they understood our questions. Andre was the very sweet. He speaks French as well as English. They also provided a lot of amenities in the bathroom, which was appreciated.”
“The staff is really friendly. Most of them can speak good English for easy communication. But I realized that the staff for night shift couldn't understand much English. So make sure you ask all the questions you need when there's English speaker staff! Good location too! But what I didn't like about the room was that the bed is almost as hard as the floor. Didn't managed to sleep well for that 2nights. And the corridor outside your room is super dark during night time! I think it's auto centralized to save electricity? Overall, still a good value of money for a short trip! Just don't expect much.”
