“El personal del hotel fue super amable con nosotros y se preocupó en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuese de lo más agradable. Aún si tener contratada la cena, no tuvimos ningún problema para cenar en el hotel a un precio razonable, y el desayuno estaba muy bien. Habitación amplia y acogedora, así como las zonas comunes. Estuvimos muy a gusto.”
“Frühstück und Abend Buffet mit sehr guter und genug Auswahl, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Betten, sind meiner Meinung nach mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, ich Persönlich haben darin super geschlafen. Das Personal ist zu jeder zeit Freundlich und Hilfsbereit gewesen. Was ich Persönlich mit einer 1* bewerten muss! Der Check In ist lt Homepage bis 21:30 Uhr angegeben, da wir es leider zu dieser Zeit nicht geschafft hätten, wollten wir Telefonisch die Option SchlüsselSafe wählen! Da wurde ich extra nochmal gefragt, wenn in etwa die Ankunft sein wird, darauf hin gab die Mitarbeiterin die Information, kein Problem die Mitarbeiterin wird noch bis 23Uhr vor sein! Nach dem wir das Ziel auch zu dieser Zeit nicht erreichen konnten, habe ich die Unterkunft Telefonisch darüber informiert, darauf kam wieder eine sehr Nette Antwort! KEIN Problem ich bin vor Ort und werde auf sie warten. Unterm Strich Klasse Service!!! Danke Hierfür, Wir kommen wieder.”
