“Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The “doorman” was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was an older gentleman with white hair. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was great, coffee in the lounge was fantastic! The location was wonderful. We were able to shop and make multiple trips to our room throughout the day! We will definitely return”
“The Cedar + Stone is an excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. JWW is inside walking distance to Mall Of America so the granddaughter had a fabulous at the amusement park till closing. the overnight valet (Mike) noticed I left my phone in the car when I returned at 5:30 AM from the airport and reparked Mike ran to the elevator and gave me my phone. Saved me a lot of hassle and concern since I was keeping tabs on flights out for the family. Professional and courteous to everyone.”

“Room felt small. Channels lineup didn’t have any type of entertainment. Upgraded took to find out it it the same as other rooms with just some small access to food at certain times. Had to pay for everything g, parking, Internet if I didn’t upgrade etc. Will likely never stay there again unless I have no choice.”
