“location was excellent in hart of the city, every thing is near the hotel. All staff are smiling and friendly , fast service and attending any issue for the customer. room size is acceptable. Hotel is all the time busy and full of customer and the front disk is fast in responding and supporting any inquiry. Tomas from the front disk was special with his support. we did not like the first room we stayed in and the hotel changed the room”

“Breakfast was ok; seems the scrambled eggs need to be cooked more. Not sure if omelet is available since no chef/cook is around. Was used to having coffee served at the table versus getting your own. Variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Re Bathroom, lots of water on the floor when taking showers due to no shower doors, but bathroom is clean. Available green apples to grab by the hallway and concierge as well the chocolate by the night stand are nice touch! Staff were excellent!!!! Very helpful!! Would come back and recommend to friends!!!!”
