“Few days before arrival they sent us email about booking confirmation and how to check in if the reception is not there, as they are not 24 hrs, so it was well planned before we arrive. Upon Check In, we are very lucky to have one of the reception lady is from Indonesia, so for us as first timer in Japan, it was comforting. Otherwise, other staff still very helpful with basic english level. Room was very clean and as what is photo. The plus point is that there is Handy phone that we can bring for free internet and local calls. Is you stay here, wash cloth before sleep and turn on the dryer inside the bathroom, voila, next morning you will have a clean set of clothes and dry perfectly. Vending machine, bike rental is available and even its not in the middle of Gion or Kawaramachi area, Nishiki market is only 15 minutes comfort walk from the hotel. Convinient store available across the hotel 24 hours. Overall perfect stay for us!!”
