The hotel is near to a lot of restaurant and shops. It was nice to walk around the neighborhood because there are lots of things that you can see.”

“The apartment I booked is small but has everything I need to stay in comfort and cook the food I like in Kyoto. I bought Wagyu beef and cooked in my kitchenette everyday. The taste is just out of this world. The bed is comfy, the toilet is everyone's dream. You get automatic bidet, shower, bathtub (but you can only sit inside it). You can wash your clothes with the washing machine. The staff are very helpful. My bus from Kyoto to Tokyo is late at night, so when I checked out that day, I left my luggage inside Japaning Hakkoen's office, which is only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. They kept them for free the whole day until 9 p.m. With a smile every time I see them.”
“Nice little self-catering hotel. There are convenient stores nearby. Not too far from the train station. The was a washing machine that we used and we were able to dry our clothes in the shower room as it was also a dehumidifier. Also you get a balcony - although the view isn't great it's just nice to be able to step outside the room.”
