• Children and extra beds
  • All further older children or adults are charged INR 3000 per night for extra beds.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

  • One child under 12 years is charged INR 2000 per night when using existing beds.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

  • Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.<br><br>Please note that the proeprty is divided into 2 buildings in the same premises namely Residency Tower(Old &amp; Main block) and a separate Valley View Tower (Economy block).<br><br>Please note:<br>&#x2022; Valid photo ID of all occupants required to be produced at check in. Indian Driving Licence, Voter ID card, Aadhar card, Indian passport for Indian nationals &amp; Passport with valid Indian visa for all international guests &amp; Indians staying abroad.<br>&#x2022; Two children below 05 years can stay for free if sharing the same room with parents without an extra bedding.<br>&#x2022; Extra occupant charges for children between 05-12 years is INR 2000/- plus applicable tax per night per child.<br>&#x2022; Extra occupant charges for an adult occupant above 12 years is INR 3000/- plus applicable tax per night.<br>&#x2022; NOTE: Maximum 03 adults are allowed in 01 room with applicable third occupant charge. We charge as per the number of extra occupants in the room above double occupancy.
