“The staff were exceptionally attentive and flexible . The catering hours are from 7.30am until 10pm at which time you can still order a main course. It feels like a privately run hotel as opposed to a chain, despite small conferences going on which were unobtrusive”

“The breakfast was excellent, my hungry hubby asked for 2 cooked menu choices which they acccomodated with a smile. They supplied gluten free bread which was the crunchiest and softest bread I have had in a long time and gluten free. Dinner was exceptional , wine good overall we had an excellent stay . If in Newcastle would stay again.”
