“The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Welcome tea was the most delicious tea I have drunk in Vietnam. The help they offered to us for planning all details for our journey in Vietnam was extremely great. Cleanliness and comfort of the room were perfect. If I travel once again to Hanoi, definitely I will choose again Joy Hotel.”

“The beds were extremely comfy, with random square pillows. Very clean, bed was always made when we came back, toilet rolls refreshed and bins emptied. Staff were helpful at recommending things that we do whilst in the city as well - helpful that the reception was open 24/7 as we arrived quite late to the hotel.”

“We did not have the breakfast as felt too expensive and should be included. The room was very nice and kept very clean although the very thin mattress was very uncomfortable and stopped me from having good sleep. Found it very unusual not to have coffee in the room as nor everyone drinks tea.”
