“The whole property is very well kept, Front Desk staff very helpful and actually I communicated with them many times before I came re the location and transport and a Mr. Matsuda has always very patiently helped me with the answers. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful and so are the restaurant staff. The lady who did the pizza-on-order was very kind and obliging. We had massage on both of the nights we stayed there and a Ms. Makino was specially good -- almost the best massage I've ever had in different parts of Japan. I like the bathroom and shower room -- all very clean (something of a "Must" to me). All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will really come back for another relaxing visit!”

“Mori no Uta provide really good breakfast and dinner buffets. The onsen faculties are exceptional, with beautiful outdoor pools. There are also a few good hiking trails that start within easy walking distance of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.”

“Located in a very nice onsen (hot spring) town near Sapporo. The resort provided a free shuttle bus from Sapporo Makomanai Subway station to the resort. Resort is very clean. The room we had was very big. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good with a mixture of western and Japanese cuisine. In the evening, there was a girl playing the harp in the lobby. There was also a fireplace to toast mashmallows. Wifi was good. Would certainly visit again when I'm in Sapporo. We enjoyed walking around the town and dipping our feet inside the public mineral foot baths and meeting the locals enjoying the same activity.”

“We had great time in this hotel. The staff were super lovely and they provided fabulous service. Since this was our first time staying in this hotel, a receptionist walked us to ours rooms and explained everything we needed to know (in good English). The rooms were spacious and clean. The onsen area was also very clean and everything we needed were provided so we only needed to bring our towels and clothes to the onsen. Our dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Lots of variety of food. We loved their creme burlee so we had a couple and took the last one. The pastry chef noticed it straight away and made a few fresh ones and also reserved us one. Everyone was just too nice there. Highly recommended!”

“Super great staff and service. We stayed in a private onsen cottage and the facilities were wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and the staff also went above and beyond by giving us free drinks and a celebration cake when we arrived.”

“we felt so welcomed from the minute we entered the hotel. lovely and peaceful lobby. We knew it was going to be relaxing when asked to put our shoes in a locked locker and put on our slippers. I think I spent most of the time in the japanese clothes provided. we wore them to dinner and breakfast and to the spa. One of my favorite things were the lovely spa/onsens. we all went at least once daily. I esp. loved being outside in the snow in the wonderful baths. Loved hearing the music at night around the fireplace and roasting marshmallows. Food was very delicious. our room very spacious. My only two small complaints were the smell of cigarettes in our room and the lack of lotion in the room and spa. I would go back here in a heartbeat. it is very special and we had a really wonderful time.”
