“Comfy spacious room. Nice and clean. Loads of pillows!”
“We were a group of 8 friends having a pre Christmas weekend away. Hotels location was good for us with easy albeit expensive parking across the road at the train station. Rooms were not large but beds were very comfortable, tea and coffee available in room and a nice touch of an iron and ironing board. A very comprehensive selection was available at breakfast including an area for a gluten free diet. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful, the Hungarian waiter at breakfast deserves a special mention asking me to try some new Mint Tea and finding me some crumpets on Sunday.”
“The staff are absolutely fabulous. They are so cheerful and helpful - nothing is any bother to them, it seems. The restaurant staff seem really happy in their jobs because you can't pay people to be that attentive and smiley - it has to be a reflection of how they feel. Every member of staff was smiling at breakfast time. We were sitting by the window and could see them coming in the back door. Every single one of them said 'good morning' to the people they passed, on the way in to work. There's a great selection of breakfast foods, including gluten-free - they even have a separate toaster for the gluten-free breads, which is very thoughtful. And the beds are comfy.”
“Very comfortable bed and hotel in excellent, very convenient location”
“Delightful service. I needed a fridge. One arrived in 5 minutes.”
“The room was comfortable and with a good size. The decoration was recent and welcoming. The Restaurant and lounge area is great to be at and there are outlets and connections that allows to take advantage of your time.”
“The two people on reception who gave 100% enjoyment to our stay and were really very friendly and efficient and helpful - and really remembered us when checking out the following morning.”
