“The staff took the extra step to make us feel welcome. We didn't have a Taiwan mobile phone, so we requested the front desk to help with dinner reservations for a birthday. They gave us alternate options which turned out better than what we initially found on Google. They surprised us with a cake for the birthday. They are good to bounce itinerary ideas off of, because they will tell you what is good to see and when it is good to see.”
