“這次住湖景房，感覺有專屬的湖景非常棒。飯店員工服務態度非常好，我們回程搭飯店接駁車回京都站，飯店一位男員工隨車，為的就是幫我們拿行李下車及目送我們離開，非常感謝他。這間飯店不熱門可能因為房間數少、離唐崎站較遠及飯店不是新的，但我查過KKR是日本連鎖飯店集團，所以不用擔心，住起來非常舒適。有接駁車，到站時我們是請人幫忙打電話因為我們不懂日文跟英文，回京都站則有固定班次的飯店接駁車，到唐崎站大約五分鐘車程。飯店的浴場是溫泉，(請注意日本飯店有'浴場"的除非有註明是溫泉或查booking的設施，否則浴場不代表是溫泉)但溫泉池很小就是了，但幾乎只有在地日本人，很少人泡湯也幾乎是您專屬的。早餐在湖畔大廳，很享受。 強烈建議來京都的第一晚可來住湖景房，(山景房則便宜很多但房間內看不到湖景)，只要搭湖西線往近江方向約二~三站約十七分鐘就到唐崎站了。另外訂房網一些資訊是寫"川崎站"有誤，應該是"唐崎站"”
