“Convenient location, good breakfast, pleasant staff”
“Room and bathroom were clean, but there was any trash been in the room. We have to close the door with key when we were inside, so was not safe, trash been in bathroom was broken, there was just one blanket for 3 Parsons, in the absence of lift, the restaurant was in the last floor. Reception didn't have safety box. Just had kind staff.”
“Good staff, particularly Nargis. Carpet was smelling, needs better cleaning. Very basic facilities you get for what you pay. ”
“We were 7 adults and a one year old kid who arrived in hotel at around 11 am despite that check-in was at 2 pm. But the friendly staff prepared our rooms as quickly as possible (in less than 15 minutes). The location was in a few minutes walk to 28 Mall, sea side and Nizami St. The staff were helpful to sweep one of our rooms from level 4 to level 2, as it was hard to come down on stairs for an elderly person. Unlike other properties, they suggested us to pay the rent when we check-out. The hotel is exactly the same as in photos.”

“I booked here again because I had very good experience last time. Breakfast tasty as I expected and diverse enough for a small hotel like this one. I am very satisfied with overall service and realistic price. Smiles of staff and genuine wish to assist and make you feel comfortable is what makes this hotel excellent. The staff was amazing again, allowing me to print on their printer. They also changed my room after I asked for a one on the street side. I really like carpeted floors. Of course, the hotel is not new, but is totally decent and comfortable. There is a mall very close to the hotel with variety of restaurants very interesting and tasty food, shopping opportunities and airport bus, taxis etc. All very, very convenient. Thank you once again for your hospitality and kindness. All the best!”
“Location is good - at the edge of the city center close pedestrian area. Quiet street. Breakfast was good for me. Tea was brought to the room any time (though it would be better to put the tea set in the room).”
“The personnel was really polite and helpful, we arrived in hotel at 6:00 AM and they gave us our rooms despite the check in time is 2:00 PM :) They provided us with guidance about tourist attractions and interesting places in the city. The location is very good, close to metro station and main pedestrian street. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nice, the neighbourhood is safe.”
