“Beautiful rooms. The free rental yukata, socks, and sandals were comfortable and fun to wear around town.”
“helpful and friendly staff and impressed with landlady's hospitality”
“Friendly staff make me feel at home and not alone while traveling. They greet us wherever we go really feel good and warm. The staffs are thoughtful and take good care of your needs”
“Wonderfull staff, great coffee and the ice cold water in the room was greatly appreciated. The wifi also worked well if you're in need of a reliable internet connection. It's located at the edge of town, which I was initially hesitant about, but Kinosaki Onsen is a relatively small place, so it's not far to walk anywhere. The stay includes a pass to other onsens in town. I particularly liked Goshono-yu and Yanagi-yu onsens.”
“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room were super excellent! We do love it!”
“Excellent friendly hotel/ryokan on the edge of town, which was only a short walk away. All the staff were amazing and friendly, and found a way to help even when there were language difficulties. We had a suite with our own private small outside bath, which made our stay, the rooms were authentically decorated. The hotel staff booked dinner in the towns restaurants for us. We would stay there again.”
“it s very nice tiny and organized hotel, with the traditional Japnaese feeling, execellent experiences for living, and the hotel staff are very nice.”
“The onsen facilities in the hotel were top notch. The staff were extremely helpful when asked for assistance.”
“We stayed in a Japanese style suite with the open-air bath. It was very spacious and the open-air bath was deliciously hot and and very relaxing after spending many days busily sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, they had limited English but they couldn't have been more helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel has it's own public onsen which was extremely quiet - a good place to try out your onsen etiquette. You are also provided with a yukata and onsen pass. We chose room only so can't comment on the food. Some great little restaurants in the town.”
“We can communicate even though most of them cannot speak English. We appreciate so much. They are very helpful. Location is good. When you drive to Kinosaki, it's just right at the entrance. Food is great. We stay at in-room hot spring room and the size of room is very large. The choice of yukata is varied and looks nice.”
